Moulding of plastic products
Plastic products produced through injection moulding represent the main part of the product portfolio. Modern processing
technologies are used in the plastics production, including high quality finishing. The Company is able to satisfy demanding needs of customers from both electronics and automotive industries. The Company has a great advantage. It can offer complex services ranging from product and injection tool designs, via production of a mould and moulded parts to finishing, printing and partial or final assemblies of the moulded parts - all "in-house." From the technological point of view, the Company has a wide spectrum of machinery (mainly ENGEL) with clamping forces ranging from 100 to 2300 tons.
Finishing of Plastic Products
Growing requirements and increasing demands for high quality finishing of customers in the electronics industry, such as PANASONIC, TOSHIBA and HITACHI, and in the automotive industry have requested investments in new automated painting lines.
The Company´s aim is to fully satisfy its customer´s expectations. They can only be met with excellent and modern technology. 8 fully-automated lines are dedicated to painting of plastic parts for the electronics industry, plastic parts for the automotive industry, particularly for car interiors, and small parts for the consumer industry. The equipment allows application of water-solvent and synthetic paints, including two-colour painting. The lines are equipped with highly efficient incinerators based on the RTO technology, complying with all legal and environmental regulations.

The Company is able to meet customers´ requirements concerning both manual and automatic assembly and completion of plastic components.
Production of injection moulds
Producing moulds for injection and blowing machines is an integral part of the moulding production. The
in-house tool shop fully meets any service needs as well as ensures production of tools and fixtures for demanding international companies operating in the Czech Republic, and foreign customers from the EU countries. However, the principal mission of the tool shop is to maintain the injection tools in a proper condition and, if necessary, to arrange for their immediate repairs to avoid production downtimes that may jeopardise deliveries for our customers. For that reason, the equipment of the tool shop meets the "European Standard." Highly efficient and automated machines ensure the accuracy and quality required. Production of measuring and inspection fixtures for the automotive industry has become an important supplementary production programme in the recent years.
The design workplaces are equipped with the CATIA software, which enables 3D surface modelling of difficult shapes and their subsequent machining on 3-axis milling machines. Furthermore, the AutoCAD software is used for designing and drawing the documentation for plastic injection moulds. Data is transferred through the EDI system.
